1. About GateZip
GateZip provides travel assistance services based at Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK), Thailand. Services include airport Fast Track / Meet & Greet, airport transfer, visa assistance (document and application support), flight booking support through partners, concierge arrangements, and related travel packages.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are quoted and charged in Thai Baht (THB). Where a service price varies by vehicle, passengers, date, or destination, GateZip shows a starting price (for example, “From THB …”) and confirms the final THB amount before payment. By completing a booking or payment, you agree to the confirmed price.
3. Visa assistance
Visa services are assistance services only. GateZip is not a government authority and does not approve visas. We do not guarantee visa approval. Embassy, government, and third-party fees are separate from GateZip’s service fee unless stated otherwise in writing.
4. Travel protection / insurance
GateZip does not collect insurance premiums through the GateZip online payment checkout. Any travel insurance discussion is informational or arranged separately with a licensed partner; terms of any policy are those of the insurer.
5. Bookings
By booking or using GateZip services, you agree to these terms. Service details, fees, and timelines are confirmed in writing at the time of booking. GateZip may update these terms; the latest version is published on this page.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Where a payment is not refundable, the policy states No refund / 0%. Refunds, where applicable, are returned only to the original payment method.
