GateZip plans Fast Track, meet and greet, and the airport transfer as one sequence at Suvarnabhumi. The group is met in the terminal and taken on to the hotel, office, or meeting venue, instead of being passed between separate suppliers on the day.
The service is for trips that need people in place at a set time: meetings, seminars, and business negotiations. Two travelers is enough to book. A larger delegation uses the same plan, with staff and vehicles set from the passenger list you send.
These pieces are quoted together so arrival and departure stay on one plan. You can still ask for only Fast Track, or only the transfer, if that is all the group needs.
A host meets the group at an agreed point in the terminal, with a name or company sign, and stays with that arrival until the car.
The host walks the group to each airport step. Each traveler still completes immigration and customs. The host waits outside restricted areas, then continues.
A car or van sized to the group goes to the address you give. The return to Suvarnabhumi can sit on the same booking.
People on different flights are met in batches. The first arrivals are not held for the last flight unless you ask us to wait.
Pickup from the hotel or venue, then a Fast Track escort for departure if it is on the booking, with time allowed for check-in.
Passenger changes, flight numbers, and the drop-off address go to one person. Help desk is open 24 hours if a flight moves.
GateZip handles the airport side of the visit. The agenda, the venue, and the hosting stay with your team.
A pair of colleagues or a small project team flying in for a client meeting or an internal review. The useful part is a known handover from the aircraft to the car, so the group is not arranging taxis in the arrivals hall.
Speakers and attendees landing across a morning or afternoon. Greeting and vehicles are batched by flight, so the curb is not one crowd waiting on the last arrival. Tell us who must travel together and who can go as soon as they are through.
A visiting party that needs to reach the office or hotel with the same people who were on the booking, and with bags accounted for before they leave the airport. We do not join the meeting.

The host meets that batch, escorts them through the terminal, and the car leaves once those travelers are ready. If a flight is late, tell the help desk so the vehicle time can move.
Departure uses the same contact. Send the outbound flight time early enough for the pickup and, if booked, the Fast Track escort.
