Who this is for
This service is for young travelers aged 12 to 17 who are flying without a parent or guardian. GateZip can wait at the airport, stay with them through the key steps, and complete a safe handover to the person collecting them.

Conditions
What families should know
- At this age, most airlines allow a young traveler to buy a ticket and fly as an adult, without requiring special unaccompanied-minor assistance.
- Some European and American airlines may still require assistance for travelers under 15. We will confirm the airline’s rule with you before travel.
- Required documents and forms must be completed in advance.
- Flight details, collector information, and emergency contacts are needed to arrange the service.
Note. Airline policies differ by carrier and route. GateZip coordinates the airport side of the journey; ticket rules remain with the airline. Once we have the flight details, we will tell you clearly which documents to prepare.
